Hi Jon, thanks for the prompt to add some longer words to this page, I need to do this for all these lists but it’s just finding the time…I’ve put a whole lot of extra words up but I say ‘participate’ with an unstressed first syllable (except in my ‘spelling voice’) so I didn’t add that. I’m not putting all the possible inflected forms up or the lists would go forever, so I’ve put ‘archer’ but not ‘archery’, ‘argue’ but not ‘argument’ etc. Anyway I hope there are enough ‘ar’ words now to keep you going for a while. Thanks again, and I hope that over summer I’ll be able to do the same for the other lists. Alison
What about archery?
nevermind
