These download-and-print Phonics With Feeling readers are suitable for students in Year 1 or 2, or slightly older catch-up learners. The purchaser may print up to five copies of each book (i.e. 40c per print ex GST). A printable quiz for each book is included, or you can use the Wordwall quiz online.
Book 1 introduces a new spelling for the ‘long’ i sound introduced in Sets Two, Three, and Four. Book 2 introduces the spelling or as in horn for the sound introduced as a as in all in Set 1. Sets 3, 4, 5, and 6 introduce new sound/spelling patterns.
These readers target the following sound-spelling relationships: igh as in night, or as in corn and ore as in more, oi as in boil and oy as in boy, ar as in car, air as in chair, ear as in near.

The books can be used with the Spelfabet Level 4 teaching sequence, and/or Workbook, and this set of phonics playing cards. Wordbuilding sequences for the moveable alphabet to match this part of the teaching sequence will be available soon.
