Yes, I left these words out of this list because in Australian English the first vowel in “leisure” is a “short e” as in red (the same goes for the word “heifer”, I don’t know how you pronounce that), there are two pronunciations of “either” and “neither” (as in the Ella and Louis song here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K75g7eRhH9M), plus the spelling of /n/ as “ne” is an unusual one, but I do have a list of such words.
