I based my original system on a nearly-20-year-old-copy of the Macquarie Dictionary, but according to my more recent copy of the Australian Oxford Dictionary, you’re absolutely right, and of course once I thought about this from a coarticulation point of view it makes perfect sense, we don’t have /s/ immediately followed by /sh/. I’ve updated the list accordingly, and feel free to tell me about anything else you think needs updating. All the best, Alison
